Visitors to booth 1211 learned how they could reduce sugar, fat or calories, create a chef-inspired dish, produce a clean label product, enhance nutritional content or optimize costs. With a wide array of tasty prototypes and technical and sales experts, those who stopped by booth 1211 received lots of useful information for current or future projects.
