The National Starch Food Innovation Culinology Team of skilled chefs and experienced food formulators excel at translating important food industry trends and issues into appealing recipes that are formulated for large scale processing. In their expansive, fully-equipped kitchen, they work with customers to create scale-able prototypes great taste and texture.  

The prototypes can be shown to customers for discussion in the customer presentation room, evaluated by trained panelists in the descriptive panel room or in a difference test or acceptability in the testing booths or presented to
consumers in the focus group facility.

The Culinology team’s also assists with formulation/reformulaton improvement and optimization, brand extension generation and production scale-up
